Partner and co-founder
Arnaud, partner and co-founder of Hashtag Avocats, heads the IP-IT Contracts team.
His expertise covers entrepreneurship, digital law, personal data law and Web3 law.
Before founding Hashtag Avocats in 2015, Arnaud practised business law at many Anglo-American law firms in Paris and at major investment banks, as well as within mid-sized organisations. His passion for technology naturally led him to found Hashtag Avocats with Harry Allouche, with the aim of developing a practice dedicated to artificial intelligence, data protection (GDPR, ethics) and above all blockchain (ICO/STO, NFT, Web 3.0).
Arnaud is also a member of the Paris Bar incubator. He teaches at the Paris Bar school (École de Formation du Barreau) and at several well-known business schools. He also takes part in many workshops and events within the start-up ecosystem.
Associate in the IP-IT Contracts team
Elise practises as an associate in the IP-IT Contracts team.
Her expertise covers personal data law, digital law and Web3 law.
Elise trained in both business law and at a business school. Before joining Hashtag Avocats in 2021, Elise gained eight years of experience at a large technology consulting firm. During that time, she led complex transformation projects for large French and international companies in the industrial sector. Today, she assists clients by resolving their legal issues while bringing her operational expertise. Since joining the firm, Elise has developed the Fintech/Blockchain/NFT and GDPR practices. She has also set up internal tools to improve the firm’s processes.
Lawyer in intellectual property, digital law and litigation
Nathan practises as an associate in the IP-IT / Contracts / Litigation team.
He works mainly in digital law and intellectual property, in both advisory and litigation matters. He built his experience in in-house legal departments, notably in the audiovisual and film sectors, and at law firms practising copyright, trade mark law, consumer law, personal data law and press law.
Nathan also has cross-disciplinary litigation skills. He assists our clients in complex disputes involving intellectual property law, contract law, commercial law and banking law, and defends their interests before the civil and commercial courts.
With a strong interest in the constant changes in the digital world and the legal issues raised by innovation, he has extended his scope to artificial intelligence law and blockchain law, fields where the rules are still taking shape and which are strategic for businesses.
His approach combines technical legal expertise, an understanding of the economic stakes and strategic vision.

Harry, partner and co-founder of Hashtag Avocats, heads the Corporate/Tax team.
His expertise covers entrepreneurship, business law and digital law. Before founding Hashtag Avocats in 2015, Harry gained experience in business law in Paris and Montreal, working at various law firms
and mid-sized organisations. His passion for business law and new technologies led him to co-found Hashtag Avocats with Arnaud Touati, with the aim of developing a practice dedicated to these fields. Harry also teaches at several prestigious universities and business schools, covering subjects such as company law, entrepreneurship, and e-commerce and digital economy law. He also takes part in many workshops and events in the start-up ecosystem.
Business law and tax lawyer
Ambrine practises as an associate in the Corporate/Tax team.
She works in all areas of corporate taxation and has particular expertise in the taxation of international transactions and restructurings.
Since her admission to the New York Bar, Ambrine has developed her tax skills at various Paris law firms. Since joining Hashtag Avocats, Ambrine has brought an informed perspective to restructuring transactions, extending her skills to companies operating in the Web3 field.
Corporate and tax legal counsel
Eren works as a legal counsel (juriste) in the Corporate/Tax team.
He works in all areas of corporate taxation and has taken part in many advisory and tax audit engagements involving groups on their French and international issues.
With six years of experience in company law and tax law, Eren has focused on key areas such as corporate restructuring and fundraising. Since joining Hashtag Avocats in 2023, Eren has gained expertise in real estate tokenisation and equity tokenisation to meet the constantly changing needs of Web3 businesses.
