A standard deliverable is a service from the catalogue, produced from the firm’s template, under French law. It falls outside the subscription as soon as more than €50,000 is at stake or it takes more than 10 hours of work, requires a negotiation with a third party beyond those included in your plan, carries a litigation risk or concerns several jurisdictions.
Outside the subscription are, in particular: fundraising, sales and acquisitions, restructurings, litigation and court debt recovery, tax audits, full GDPR compliance projects, trade mark filings, dismissals, and negotiations with third parties beyond those included in your plan. Each one is covered by a firm quote, with a 15% subscriber discount, approved before any work begins. See the price list for work outside the subscription.
Four written commitments
Acknowledgement of receipt
Within four working hours. The lawyer in charge and the turnaround time are confirmed to you within one working day.
A turnaround time for each service
Each deliverable has its turnaround time in working days and its number of review rounds, set out in writing before you place your order.
If we miss the deadline
A 10% reduction on the next monthly instalment, with nothing for you to prove.
A named lawyer
For each service, with a designated deputy. You know their name before work begins.
Your name stays confidential, even after the matter is closed
The law imposes professional secrecy on every lawyer. We go further with a house rule: no logos, no client names, no testimonials, no transactions mentioned, either during the matter or afterwards. You can entrust us with a fundraising round, an audit or a dispute without anyone hearing about it from us. In meetings, we describe situations comparable to yours by sector and by size, never by name.
What you buy from us
Five questions to ask before you sign, and our written answers.
Four situations, one shared need for predictability
Start-up
Moving fast, without an in-house lawyer.
Scale-up
A legal workload growing faster than the team.
SMEs and mid-sized companies
Building structure without creating a legal department.
Subsidiary of a foreign group
A French legal framework, reporting in English.
Four steps. The first takes one working day.
Check within 1 working day
You send us six pieces of information about your company. We check that there is no conflict of interest.
Free 30-minute initial assessment
A lawyer identifies your needs and the right plan. Can be booked online.
Written agreement and initial audit
Signed before any work begins. Legal audit delivered within 10 working days.
Named lawyer, start of work
Turnaround times run from your first complete request.
The price list outside the subscription, the terms and our commitments
The price list outside the subscription
Reference prices for a standard matter, by area. The firm price is set in the quote once the matter has been assessed.
31 fixed fees

Reference prices for a standard matter, by area. The firm price is set in the quote once the matter has been assessed.
Subscribers receive a 15% discount. Litigation: an additional success fee may be agreed on top of the fixed fee; it is never set solely according to the court outcome. Third-party costs are invoiced separately, at their actual amount: INPI (French IP office), court registry, formalities, registered letters, apostilles, certified translations.
Subscription terms
Commitment, termination, exclusions, conflicts of interest, mediation.
Agreement
Subscription terms
Commitment, termination, exclusions, conflicts of interest, mediation.
Main terms
- Working hours and days: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 19:00, excluding public holidays
- Turnaround times run from receipt of a complete request; for a record of processing, from the last interview with your teams
- With a commitment: 12 months, invoiced monthly in advance
- Without a commitment, you can terminate at any time on 30 days’ notice
- Automatic renewal for 12-month periods, unless terminated in writing at least 30 days before the renewal date
- If our prices go up, yours stays the same until your commitment renews. If they go down, the reduction applies to you as soon as it takes effect
- The content of your plan is set by the agreement; a change to our offering cannot reduce it during the commitment period
- Upgrade to a higher plan at any time, effective on the first day of the month following your written request
- A review covers one contract received from a third party: our annotated version, then two written review rounds. A purchase order or short amendment relating to a contract already reviewed does not use up a new review
- Annual price review on renewal, notified three months in advance, with termination free of charge if you refuse it
- Plan recalibration meeting at six months
- Plus VAT at 20%, automatic monthly direct debit
- Disbursements, taxes and third-party costs invoiced separately, at cost: INPI, court registry, formalities, registered letters, apostilles, certified translations
- Suspension after 30 days of non-payment and a written reminder, never on work subject to a procedural deadline, time bar or limitation period
Excluded from the subscription
- Criminal law, family law, immigration law and matters for private individuals
- Personal tax of executives, except under the Ongoing Legal Support plan
- Law other than French law: a foreign correspondent acts outside the subscription, on a prior quote
- Any matter that creates a conflict of interest
- Any service not identified as a standard deliverable in the catalogue: outside the subscription, on a prior firm quote, with the 15% subscriber discount
Early termination
With a 12-month commitment, the subscription is payable for the whole commitment period, including if you leave early.
Conflict arising during the subscription
Automatic termination, without penalty, pro rata refund and return of documents. A written fee agreement is signed before any work begins. Consumer mediation, open to consumer clients: Sandra Werey, 180 boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris, mediateur-consommation-avocat.fr.

Six commitments from the firm
A binding turnaround time
The turnaround time is published for each service, and missing it entitles you to a fee reduction.
A written boundary
A published list and five published criteria state when a service falls outside the subscription, and a written clause covers cases not provided for.
A named lawyer
A named lawyer for each service, with a designated deputy, known before work begins.
Digital as the core practice area
Digital technology, artificial intelligence, data and digital assets are at the heart of the firm’s practice.
A monthly statement

AI under a lawyer’s control

The firm also acts for private individuals, matter by matter
The subscription is reserved for businesses. For a private individual, every matter is covered by a written fee agreement, with a fixed fee or a quote announced before any work begins.
